ShowTime TMS is a product of The Running Turtle Group. We built it because we needed it, and nothing else on the market understood what moving a show actually involves.
Our story
From spreadsheets to one system
Running a touring fleet used to mean a routing spreadsheet, a dispatch whiteboard, a folder of PDFs and a billing workbook that never quite matched any of them. Every tour, someone rebuilt it all from scratch.
ShowTime started as the internal tool that replaced all of that at The Running Turtle Group. Today it runs our own operations end to end, and we are opening it to the transport companies and productions we work alongside.

Doors open at a fixed time. Our software is built for zero-slack schedules, where a late truck isn't a delay but a cancelled show.
Built from the road
Every screen started as a real problem on a real tour: a missed curfew, a double-booked trailer, an invoice nobody could explain.
People make the call
Automation drafts, flags and fills in. A dispatcher, an accountant or a tour manager always makes the final decision.
Steady wins
Like the turtle in our name, we prefer reliable over flashy. Fewer surprises at 2am is the feature.
